Shipping Policy
US orders ship from our warehouse in California, USA. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
US Shipping Rates

US orders qualify for free standard shipping when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is $20 or more. A single unit priced at $9.99 with $5.00 standard shipping totals $14.99 before any applicable sales tax.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7+ days or your package appears lost, contact us and we'll open a carrier investigation and send a replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.
