30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind PEK PRO 2.0. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a full refund — no lengthy forms, no hassle.

How it works

  1. Email us at pekcoolbrands@gmail.com with your order number and a short note on what went wrong.
  2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with your refund confirmation or return instructions.
  3. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Do I need to send it back?

For single sticks that have been opened, no return is required — nasal inhalers are personal-hygiene items and cannot be restocked, so we'll simply refund you. For unopened multi-packs (3-Pack / 6-Pack), we may ask you to return the unopened units; we'll provide a prepaid return label for US orders.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Late or missing refunds

If 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, first check with your bank or card issuer (processing times vary), then contact us at pekcoolbrands@gmail.com and we'll chase it down.

Sale items & bundles

Discounted and bundle purchases are covered by the same 30-day guarantee. Refunds are issued for the amount actually paid.
