Welcome to PEK COOL. By accessing pekcool.com or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Our products

PEK PRO 2.0 is a non-medicated, plant-based aromatherapy product. It contains no nicotine, no tobacco, and no drugs. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and it is not a smoking-cessation device. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition (including asthma or respiratory sensitivity), consult your physician before use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

2. Orders & payment

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues); if we cancel, you will be refunded in full. An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. Promotional discounts cannot always be combined; the applicable combination rules are shown at checkout.

3. Shipping & returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns/refunds by our Refund Policy (30-day money-back guarantee).

4. Accuracy of information

We work to keep product descriptions, pricing, and availability accurate, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the PEK name, logo, product design, images, and copy — is the property of PEK COOL and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PEK COOL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
