Shipping Policy
All orders ship from our warehouse in California, USA. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Every 3-Pack and 6-Pack ships FREE within the US (they're always over the $20 free-shipping threshold).
International Shipping
We ship to 27 countries including Canada, the UK, EU, Australia, Japan, Korea, and Singapore. International rates are calculated at checkout in real time by USPS / DHL Express / FedEx based on your address. Typical delivery time is 7–15 business days.
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.
Order changes & address corrections
Need to change your address? Email pekcoolbrands@gmail.com as soon as possible — we can usually update it before the order ships.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7+ days or your package appears lost, contact us and we'll open a carrier investigation and send a replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.
